Inchcape Motors Perú revisará autos de la marca BMW, Series 3, 5 y X5
Inchcape Motors Perú S.A., representante de la marca BMW en el Perú, informó, a solicitud del Indecopi, sobre el llamado a revisión de los automóviles correspondientes a los modelos Series 3, 5 y X5, fabricados entre los años 2000 y 2004.
La empresa informó que existe una posible falla en el funcionamiento del generador de gas del airbag del piloto, debido a que, durante su activación, podría generar una elevada presión y causar un despliegue incorrecto de la referida bolsa de aire.
Al respecto, Inchcape Motors dio a conocer que son 584 las unidades comprendidas en este llamado a revisión en el Perú.
Los consumidores que deseen saber si sus vehículos se encuentran involucrados en esta campaña de seguridad y/o deseen conocer más información al respecto, pueden comunicarse con la empresa al número telefónico 610-3545 o vía correo electrónico: centraldecitas@inchcape.pe.
La Dirección de la Autoridad Nacional de Protección del Consumidor estará atenta al cumplimiento de tales acciones para garantizar que los derechos de los consumidores sean respetados, de acuerdo al Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor.
