Normas de Consumo

Ley que modifica la Ley 29571, Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor, uniformizando el plazo de atención de reclamos de productos o servicios financieros y de seguros.

Designan representantes titulares y alternos/as de las asociaciones de consumidores ante el Consejo Nacional de Protección del Consumidor.

Decreto Supremo que modifica el Reglamento del Libro de Reclamaciones del Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor, aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 011-2011-PCM.

Resolución Suprema que crea la Comisión Multisectorial de naturaleza temporal para el diseño de los pilotos de mercados de abastos, con el objeto de elaborar un informe técnico final que contenga la propuesta del diseño de los pilotos de mercados de abastos para el Perú.

Publicación en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, del documento denominado “Lineamientos sobre Protección al Consumidor” expedido por la Sala Especializada en Protección al Consumidor del Indecopi.
