As Peru’s National Consumer Protection Authority, Indecopi is the governing body of the National Integrated Consumer Protection System.
The National Authority coordinates and directs the system’s operation, and chairs the National Consumer Protection Council, which is made up of members from the government, consumers, and the business community. The Council’s purpose is to provide you with a more comprehensive and effective protection of your rights.
